Step 1: Initializing Your Assistant
Navigate to the "Projects" section on your dashboard.
Click on "Create new chatbot".
Enter your website URL, ensuring it begins with 'http://'.
Click "Verify pages".
Once verified, click "Create chatbot". Voila, your AI assistant is initialized!
Step 2: Integrate Assistant with Your Website
In your dashboard, head over to the "Add to site" section.
Copy the code present under "Chatbot with Launcher Icon".
Access your Shopify admin and select Online Store -> Themes.
Click the ". . ." button and select "Edit code".
In the left panel, select the "theme.liquid" file.
Paste the copied code into the <head> section and click "Save".
Your assistant is now integrated and active on your site!
Step 3: Extend Your Assistant to Instagram
In the "Add to site" section of your dashboard, find and copy the "Public Link to Chat Interface" code.
Open the Instagram app and navigate to "Your profile".
Tap "Edit profile" -> "Add links" -> "Add external link".
Paste the copied code into the URL field and select "Done".

For enhanced user experience, consider the following adjustments:
In the "Customize" section of your dashboard: — Under the "Content" tab, modify the header, description, and welcome message to resonate with your brand's voice. — On the "Appearance" tab, harmonize the main background color with your website's theme.
To ensure continuous support, activate offline messaging in the "Offline message" tab.
